@sascha herrmann Heb ik vanmiddag nog gedaan!!!! En met de hond gedanst!!! Want er moeten betere tijden komen!!! En daar hoort deze muziek ook bij!!!😷😷😷En weg met die mondkapjes!!!🥰🥰🥰😛😛😛🥳🥳🥳🐕🐕🐾🐾🇳🇱🇳🇱
I first saw Status Quo at the California Ballroom in Dunstable 25th October 1968 and became a lifelong fan. One of the finest rock bands of all time. So sad Rick isn’t with us anymore. Great seeing Jeff Rich in this clip, Quo’s greatest drummer. I believe he left the band to become a drum teacher.
First time I heard them My old cell came back to life. Different internet. Live in mountain country. Always loved that song. In 68 having fist of 6 kids. All great people. I’m 83 and still love life. Husband gone 15 years cancer miss him everyday. Especially today got to check roof on chickens house. She really got people to help but like to keep busy. You enjoy your day. Oh my girl joined the Air Force then became a teacher. All kids doing well. Watch out for you and yours. The country is getting crazy be safe. Remember who we are!!
@@stevecardwell6911 You can see why they got him into Quo, great move. He used to be in a band called The Herd in the late Sixties with Peter Frampton ,when I was 13/14 years old. The same time I became a Quo fan when Matchstick Men was released (1968).
You couldn't help but like them could you. Saw them a few times. Once at the Gaumont in Southampton I thought the balcony was going to collapse as we were stomping about so much. Those were the days!
Your comment puts me in mind of Quo appearing at the Empress Ballroom, Blackpool. The sprung floor certainly got worked to its maximum that night. Didn’t half make you feel queer though.
I love this cover very much, this song’s about the message on today’s music and the song is right, back then it wasn’t very accurate but now it is, there is some good music out there, it’s really hard to find it out there and some music lacks feeling, R.I.P Rick Parfitt and R.I.P Alan Lancaster
The Quo have done really well on this one, they've taken a great song and made it their own, while still keeping the essence of the original one in. Kudos!
Just love this version of Old time Rock and Roll. Bought that Famous in the Last Century CD when it was released and if it had of been a record it would be worn thin by now!!
Philip Boyce, few days ago I was listening to the Blue For You album on vinyl when my grandkids came over for a visit. Grandson says Pa what's that round thing. I said it's a giant CD
@@ep9421 Still it is a good one! And yes I had the same problem with my grandkids. they have asked me, what is that thing on your kitchen wall, refering to my old Princess Telephone, and I never was able to come up with an answer nearly as good as yours LMAO.
