A recent pickup for me, though this has been out for some time.
Unboxing Neon's 4K release of Park Chan-Wook's seminal OLDBOY, with a new director approved restoration from the original Camera Negative.
Really though, this was a chance to test out a new microphone i'm considering switching over to for creating videos. If you're a long time viewer of my channel ( or a new viewer who has watched a few of my videos) please let me know in the comments section if there is a marked improvement in the audio quality in this video!
I'd really appreciate the feedback.

Awesome upload as always. As for the mic, iv been doing some quick comparisons to just the opening( as they're very comparable) and I think the quality is still very good, personally I think the volume needs to come up slightly. But I'm no expert by any means. Like I said I compared a few different opening intros. Still a great vlog and this is another edition I'd like to pick up but is very expensive on ebay. Looking forward to a comparison if you do one. 👍👊

Thank you Carl! I really appreciate the feedback, still getting to grips with the new setup and need to tweak the settings and where I place the mic, I do naturally speak really quietly which is a pain to counteract when filming but getting there :) be patient with eBay, I was watching a bunch that were all asking for stupid money but ended up getting this one for £35 which I thought was a fair price for a sealed edition of the set ( it’s about £50 new on Amazon)

I think the mic is at least a bit better. Looks like a nice set, wonder how the encode compares to other 4ks.

Thank you mate! Appreciate the feedback on the mic, still not 100% convinced by it. It’s better for voiceovers ( reviews) but not that great for unboxings overall. I’ll do a follow up video once I’ve checked out the disc and report back on the new 4K transfer!

I currently have the Arrow elevator set that houses the vengeance trilogy, I haven't got around to seeing 'Old boy' in 4K yet 😊. This does look like a great package! 🐙.

@BloodnailTV thank you mate, I’m leaning towards keeping it, still need to work out the best placement for it to get consistent results but I think it’s definitely better than the headphone mic I was using before!
