I was totally fine before watching this... when you looked at me and told me I was going to be ok.. I lost it... nobody has said that to me in a while.. it felt good... if someone just took a moment to step away from lecturing me on how to live my life and sit down and just ask me if I’m ok when I’m dying inside then maybe I wouldn’t have to use these roleplays for comfort.. but for now they will do.. and I thank you... ❤️

This actually calmed me down a lot. I actually struggle with panic attacks from ptsd so I'll definitely be using this for when I have another one.

As a first child, I had to go through every tough situation all by myself. I didn’t know what to do/how to react at all. Whenever I got freaked out, I literally had to cover myself with my blanket to hide me crying from my family. And wow this is actually the first time I’ve ever felt that I have like a real older big brother. And seriously I feel so relieved.. God thank you so much. 🙏🏼 💕💕

This is an older vid but I have rewatched it a lot. I have depression and bad anxiety. My mother and father do not believe that anything in wrong with me because I am fun, loud, and out going. My older brother is not around much and I have a younger brother to watch out for, your video has helped me so much. Just this morning I thought I passed out from an anxiety attack (I did not but it seemed like a close thing). Thank you so much for making these.

This was a life saver I honestly was having a panic attack today and low and behold here’s your video this honestly helped with the second one I had today

My first panic attack, my parents thought I was over reacting to something and my dad grabbed my wrist to drag me downstairs to eat, I wish it was something like this instead, and it almost makes me wish I had an older brother, but at the same time, I’m an older sister, and I know how older siblings treat younger ones more often than not

I started crying the first few seconds in I’m the oldest sibling and I wish I had a big brother to help me through my anxiety, no one in my family knows I have panic attacks, and I told my mom I have anxiety and she literally said she *didn’t believe me* because I’m outgoing and talk to a lot of people. This is comfort in a way I didn’t know I needed. I wish I had this person in my life.

Thank you for this💞. I never shared my anxiety with anyone. Only recently I started telling friends. Due to my upbringing I have learned to bottle it all up. When I do share, people are not most helpful as they always think I ll pull through again. They leave it to me. Seen your worried look and hearing how ridiculous it is that I neglect myself felt heart warming. Also you re a very handsome man and I kept getting lost In your eyes. Had to snap back a few times when you said “brother is here for you” 😜.

Ok, I just wanna make this clear, there is a difference between a panic attack and an anxiety attack. Anxiety attacks are usually triggered by stress. Panic attacks come suddenly and happen due to deep dark thoughts, you could be sleeping and instantly wake up shaking and sweating. I know the difference because I have had both. Though both are pretty similar, you have different reactions to them...

as a 21 year old guy that always longed for a brother, throughout this video i had to remind myself thats its alright to feel comforted by this. i feel like there's a stigma when it comes to affirming themes with men. mental health matters so much man, preciate this video. ❤

You I. You don’t understand how much every video has helped me. Like I said I have bipolar depression and a major anxiety disorder. All these little comments you do and videos. It helps me so much to know I’m not alone. This video especially. I’m terrified of throwing up and all my family as the stomach bug. So I started to panic, and had an anxiety attack. When you looked and said, “your gonna be okay.” That’s what I needed. When you did those breathing exercises, and describing everything it helped so much. Thank you so much Dave. 💕

There really is something special about older brothers..my last panic attack I had was so bad and even though I didn’t want to talk to anyone, something about my brother felt so important to me so I ended up calling him and he was able to calm me down..older brother really just want the best for us..

Worst place to have a panic attack is at a night club. Hyperventilating, crying and dizziness are all amplified in dark, loud, cramped spaces... Sadly learned from experience 😅😭

Told to focus on you, so I look at the door just to play that part of an evil little sibling 😂😂😂😂
