Brilliant, yes, but a fandango is a dance like menuet, gavotte, valse... Its duration is 2 min less than other records. The virtuosity of Olga Pashchenko is impressive. IMO, the best record of this Fandango is those of Scott Ross.

Maybe if people didn’t regard one performance as the be-all-and-end-all, it might lend some perspective. Puyana, Rondeau, Ross, and this all have great merit.

Bright, rousing, fast (as I like it), and well recorded and photographed. Beautiful harpsichord. Plus trains in the background! Pity its not on this RU-vid, this same performance was preceded by an excellent interview you can find elsewhere, and I wish Olga Paschenko, would seek to do more of them. Has she played in NYC?

Hálás vagyok ezért a szép előadásért. Magyar lévén, külön köszönet érte. Ez egy ősi magyar tánc, zenei feldolgozása. A "fandangó" jelentése, fán dobogón) való ritmuskeltés, lábbal való kidongatása. Más nyelven ez nem is érthető. Ezt a táncot Attila vitte Spanyolszágba. Talán így érthető, hogy Attila hadvezetőit is ispánoknak nevezték. Ebből lett Hispánia. Talán azért mert az ispánok példásak voltak a nép előtt. Más magyarázatot nem tudok erről.

Most annoying piece I’ve ever heard except for that song by blind melon w the stupid bee girl. Seriously. It seems good until you pay attention to any of it. It’s awful. AWFUL!
