Wild Hunt is a traveling live series dedicated to showcasing marginalized musicians and diversifying the folk sphere to be more inclusive of BIPOC/queer musicians.
Olive, a personal friend of mine, is part of folk's future.
"Parched", Olive's newest single arriving tomorrow (2/17), is about staying in a relationship with someone you know is bad for you and equating the sensation to being dehydrated. A partner is someone who should replenish you, not dry you out.
