my favorite part of the episodes sal loses is at the very end when he’s trying to rationalize why his choice was always the under dog anyway. we’ve heard it’s a regional thing, his twitter audience is younger (& therefore less trustworthy ??), the less distinguished food usually wins, etc. 😭😭 it’s hilarious. still love ya babe!

Joe. Don't use grapeseed oil. It's inflammatory. Use avocado oil, higher smoke point and way healthier for you stick to raw evoo, low heat coconut oil, and avocado oil
