J'ai une question justement au niveau des AG, vu que l'on va bientôt faire parti de ce groupe si tout ce passe comme prévu, c'est négocié au niveau des divisions de Safran ? Pas au niveau groupe ? Parce que de ce que je peux lire sur les sites syndicaux, rien n'est encore signé.

​@@InCent75are you located in France? There it might be different. I can tell you, that for sites located in EU, but not France and without collective agreement, the Division (so called Business-Unit) will give a framework and then it will be splitted to the employees based on rules the business unit itself decides.

@@hansopel782 yes my plant is located in France. Seems To be complicité at this point 😅

@@InCent75 in France, as I believe, you will have the advantage of the unions taken care of that. I believe there is no relevant site without them to be present. And from what I know, at least recent years, the colleagues in France did benefit at least more then the ones in other countries. But I can only judge about the last years when I have insights. Also, Safran has quite good and fair "framework agreements" for the employees. Problem is just, you need someone to "remind" local management on these, if necessary, and that is what unions are good for. If you stand alone, they will simply ignore you.
