The new account acts as a fresh account that hasn't tracked any stats, so it'll place him against lower skill people, essentially to be able to allow ollie to still play with other people around the same skill level (new accounts). Otherwise if he used his main account, it would pull Ollie into his regular higher skill matchmaking matches where Ollie would get demolished much faster.
