~sigh~ he's so dreamy, and so kind. I've seen so many videos of him taking time to take pictures and give his fans hugs (a downright scary proposition in some cases I would imagine lol)...he's this century's version of Elton John, really.

I grew up in 1980s , hated because of the stigma and prejudice. Brilliant show , funny and sad at the same time. Olly was great in it too. 👍🏻 in 1991 I was asked the mortgage questions too. So spot on 👍🏻

I need help myself. I got zero people and zero confidence and no social skills and I do feel pretty hopeless. It can be really hard.

Non of the taxi drivers business, it is like we have to keep coming out to different people everyday, wondering what the reaction is going to be. It’s such a personal thing the straight people don’t realise.

It’s weird isn’t it. You get that people want to make conversation, but the type of questions asked are sometimes so intrusive. I’ve had taxidrivers ask me why my then boyfriend and I weren’t married if we’d been together more than 10 years. We got married after 14 years, not because of the questions 😂😉. Or asking why we didn’t have kids yet after 15 years together. Do you start talking to a complete stranger about miscarriages? If they do ask anything, at least they could ask whether you have a partner, instead of assuming they are either male or female. As a straight female, the questions I got fed up with were the ones about my reproduction. Seriously, why is it anyone’s business whether someone wants kids, or why they haven’t had them (yet)? Then, once you have kids, they ask you whether you want more, or why you want a third kid, or... One of my friends always says: ‘In conversations, unless you are close friends, just stay out of other people’s underpants.’ 😂

Since seeing him acting and in interviews really starting to like him but hearing that he's been on antidepressants for 10 years wow I'm surprised a Dr allows that surly that only meant to be a short term fix is it really safe to take them for that long? DON'T GET ME WRONG if it's working for him then happy for him just find hearing him say that a bit shocking

I've been taking anti-depressants for just under 7 years now and I completely understand your viewpoint as I thought the same. My Dr and therapist told me to think about it like this: If you had a kidney problem or a liver problem or whatever and it was a lifelong condition then you would be on medication for the rest of your life. they told me to never doubt mental health, it's just as much of an illness as any other physical illness. Hope this helped!😀

@@chloebella7324 but why does depression have to be a life time mental illness Dr have tried to put me on them 3 times but I didn't want to get relent on a chemical telling me how to feel but since I can't afford therapy maybe I'll have to give them a try
@chloebella7324
@chloebella7324 3 года назад
@@roxyhart3247 depression is a chemical imbalance it makes you ill so you can take medication to get better. It's not someone's fault if they have depression much like it's not their fault if they have a lifelong kidney condition. So, yes the idea of becoming reliant on a chemical telling you how to feel can be scary or intimidating but sometimes you just need that push. I was ashamed about being on anti depressants for the longest time but now I've realised that someone with a lifelong kidney condition would be reliant on medication to keep them healthy. I completely agree that if you can avoid them then that's great but for me it allows me to just get on with my day 😀
