Not much you can do to remedy these foundation problems with this clay soil. Getting your foundation fixed is only a temporary solution because of the clay soil. YOU CAN'T WIN UNFORTUNATELY. You will go broke trying. Only permanent solution is to move somewhere that doesn't have clay soil like to another state.
