Great to see the brutal honesty especially about training intensities, I think we short shrift ourselves when we don't let our bodies slowly adapt and increase in aerobic capacity, I think alot of folks are flicking back and forth between aerobic and anaerobic within UT2 sessions and this is super fatiguing
cycling is well ahead of Rowing. speaking with the head coach of the Aus team every session is a prescribed wattage. In rowing in Aus we rarely do that.
