The song isn't that repetitive on the soundtrack. It was extended in the film to accommodate all the cameos. On the CD the song is a more conventional length.

Fun Fact, the dance moves were some famous moves of guest Actors. Mithun was recognised by Buddy as he is very famous in Europe for his Movie Disco Dancer and famous songs from that movie

Completely unrelated, but if you can find a copy of Mozhi, give it a shot. It's a Tamil romance movie between a music director's assistant and a deaf woman. At the very minimum, the title track will be worth a song reaction for Buddy.

The movie was the directorial debut of well-known choreographer Farah Khan. She gets the guest stars in this song to perform their signature dance move. SRK imitates that guest's signature dance move. So, most of the lines in this song are actually homages to previous movies featuring that guest.
