OM1 - Photographing Fighting Starlings using ProCapSH2 

In this video I am back at my hide photographing fighting Starlings. I use the OM1 and the 150-400mm F4.5 lens. I show both stills and slow motion video clips, and also the set up I use to get them fighting in the air. For the stills action sequences I am using ProCapSH2.
Bird Paste :
1 cheap sliced loaf, 1250gms melted lard, 12oz boiling water, 3oz mixed bird seed. Mix well in cake mixer and roll into balls and store in fridge.
