i had a similar issue where theres a misfire at low load rpm only when car is cold. i replaced the fuel filter and MAF sensor and now all fixed. so I guess you can try first changing fuel filter
New pcv valve fixed blue smoke. But miss was still there. Tried to replace with used injectors, injectors were also bad. I sold the car after that. I believe new injectors would have helped. Also possible glow plug issues
