Love it but really only realistic for young couples without children…or single people! When your young or single how do you afford 400,000?! Would love to know!
A Salary of 60k with no debt could qualify for a place like this Sydney... However, I personally would only purchase a place like this if I have already made the investments that I wanted and built a really strong financial foundation. Many people over extend themselves on credit and become house poor. Meaning they buy a big mortgage and because the payment is so large they cant afford to do other fun things or invest into their future. The best advice I could give you is to set goals for your self and think about where you want to be. Make your goals clear, specific and measurable. Surround yourself with others that are where you want to be so you are inspired and provoked into action... When it gets tough or discouraging those people will be your support to help you accomplish your dreams... Next thing you will know, you'll be getting a place like this or even better if your dream is big enough... Look at me ramble... Tend to get a little passionate when it comes to dreaming big! But I can tell you this... If you apply yourself to it... you can do it! Thanks for supporting this channel!!!
