bknightify I would like to add, genes has a lot to do with it. I don’t lose my abs regardless of what I eat and even when I’m bulking, but it’s not because I work harder or do a certain workout. I just lucked out with my genes and metabolism. You may need to work harder for things others naturally have but it’s not your fault

It's mostly genetic. About 80% genetics and 20% lifestyle. I know some guys who never workout and eat mcdonalds everyday but are shredded as hell.

I just want to tell you it’s not that deep - I have them - lost over 100 lbs I promise you you will cut it but start eating them a few months later and blow the fuck up just stick to staying under 30 grams - patience friend

Actually not true lol Abs start in the gym, you have to build them like every other muscle in your body. Once you build them, the diet(kitchen) is what’s going to allow you to show them when you’re lean enough.

@@BrownPatriot316 they START in the kitchen because you can see them, however building the muscle makes them more prominent. Omarion doesnt work abs which is evident by his lack of lower abdominal muscles, however he still has abs because he is lean. Whether or not those are "good" abs is entirely subjective however.

@focus on myself Nope, for the most part. I mean if you're lifting heavy it's important to strengthen your core for key excercises to avoid injury. However, I barely work abs either lol, however at least I dont pretend that I do. This guy barely works out at all tbh. My abs are the only thing lacking personally and I've no interest in working them significantly. They're the only kind of workout I hate.

Nice video! Just a little tip for peeling ginger, Omarion (and anyone else reading this): use the edge of a spoon to peel it just like a potato peeler. It's quicker, gentle on the ginger, and safe for your fingers. No cutting board required 😘.
