If you look at images of Arnold in his teens when he still lived in Austria and was only just starting to pick up weights you can see a strong resemblance with his son Patrick.

I 'm up at 3:30 & working out by 4:15-ish. Love it. Primarily kettlebells, body weight exercises, dips, etc. I'm 48, workout pretty much every day, can't speak highly enough about the mental benefit of it. Great video.

Yeah, Joe Baena is Arnold himself and his best creation ever, unfortunately Patrick inherited genes mostly from his Mother's side but there's hope in his younger brother he's taller, has a huge frame & thicker bone structure...if he starts lifting there's a probability that he'll look like Arnold

And Joseph on the other hand, looks way more similar than any of Arnolds other sons in both physique and facial appearance. Even if Joseph is juicing or not, he actually puts in the hard work and is looking forward to competing one day. Patrick seems to be a casual lifter and of course he's not putting his genetics to the test like Joseph is.

I would love to see an episode with a REAL reprisentation of someone's fridge lol..not one that's been cleaned to a sparkling shine the night before and then stocked full of unopened healthy goods!!every single one of these has no opened peanut butter jars or cheese that's gone a bit mouldy or a can of half open beens that's been there for about a week!!they're all show home sparkling and untouched.ive still got half a box of mince pies in mine from Christmas! !

Like he can hear me...yeah, I've lost it..screaming at the TV and now, I having a craving for ice cream and I live 20 miles from the closest town. Thanks, Patrick.
