@@MinuteMon How would you say the Railmaster blue dial compares to the blue dial BB58 in terms of versatility?

The one in this video is the current model and it doesn’t have fauxtina markers and hands. The other two dial variants do.

I own one of these. It’s. Great watch, based on the photos I’ve seen, it’s a good looking movement, but it’s not a very large movement relative to the case diameter. The back is finished quite well and the watch likely wears that much better do to the profile of the solid caseback. It really does sit well. Display casebacks are rather overrated, I’ve got a Zenith with a very interesting movement on display. Once the watch is on my wrist, I’m not taking it off to look at the back for the most part.

Well, given all the watches with truly pedestrian looking movements - nothing to see, this watch does have a better than average looking movement. Look up some watches Unitas 6497 and 6498 movements and you’ll see what I mean about a movements which lends itself to a display caseback. Obviously, many people value the ability to see the movement. I simply know I rarely Taj’s advantage of the feature on the watches I own with the feature and I own a Zenith with an El Primero movement, it makes sense on that watch, it sits well, the movement is quite something. I still rarely look at it- it’s on my wrist.

They were much cheaper before Omega, Rolex and others decided to be luxury brands in the 70's.
