It actually looks ok on a 16cm wrist. Just buy it on a rubber strap so it will look a little smaller and lighter.

I don’t really see it. Obviously the Patek is way more expensive and in a different, dress watch category. Part of the charm of the Omega is that it’s a water resistant sports watch, as opposed to a dress watch. The other thing that strikes me is that Omega used a polar projection map, whereas Patek uses a Mercator projection map. The Patek choice is more artsy, since everyone immediately recognizes a Mercator projection image of the globe. But the Omega choice is more elegant and technical, because you can literally read the time for any location in the Northern hemisphere directly off the map. I like both; if I were collecting world timers, I would surely want both.
