I would also like to ask - Is the 5 bar fpr really needed? And what about the rev limit, can it be set in the stock ECU or do I have to go for the Omex? Probably will get the Omex anyways just because of the sweet limiters :3

You will love the omex ;) (stock ecu cuts fuel) the fuelling could be solved using slightly larger injectors (350cc's) in combination with altered ecu fuel maps, (or an additional injector in the intake with piggyback) with the 5 bar i have come into the problem that the car suddenly starts to run super lean under wot (afr20-25) Currently i'm running a slightly higher fuel pressure, 350cc injectors and custom fuel maps, ecu is stock with the omex limiter (the oem ecu limiter is set super high so the omex can do it at a lower rpm)

Hope your days going alright, and i hope you're still around After looking at stavs w202 drift build and your slk i ended up getting my own clk230 kompressor 6 speed. however, i quickly found out id bought the facelift model with the smaller m45 and new simens ecu (197 hp model) Im curious, since my clk is the m111 evo model, are there many liminations with what i can do tuningwise? I know my supercharger is smaller capable of less boost. Ive looked at converting it to an m62 but it seems hard to modify the mounting brackets. But if i did, would the increased compression ratio cause any major problems? I was also wondering if there was any possibility that i could purchase the blueprints of your exhaust header and or just buy one from you. Cheers from sweden!
@@ndrmini is this plug and play my friend? I wanted rev limit mainly from ECU but as I now see its possible without. I ordered sc pulley, when I start driving gotta remember if I domt end up getting that before.

hello I see that you are a master on these engines. i have a 200 kompressor. and the car has no NM at all. zero torque, it's as if my eaton m62 turns without applying pressure. bypass valve defective?which remains open under acceleration and therefore does not apply pressure? if you can help me i would be grateful.
That's class! One day I will get my c230 kompressor w202 to where you have your slk. Only have manual swap, larger intercooler and second pulley swap to do! Then who knows! Mine is being annoying at the moment, keeps dying when warmed up in Park and won't start till cool and supercharger won't engage at all! Any thoughts what it might be? I look at you as a m111k exoert.
@@ndrmini well with a stock engine and about 3000 euro I can go up to 300 to 350 if lucky ! If I want to go the forged way I neex about 10.000 euros but way more more maybe double ! Its all a matter of cost! I'm already too deep in and I only make 200hp seems like the ecu on the m111.950 2.0l and small eaton m45 won't go more than that and I dont have any exhaust on just the pulleys exucremap and larger intercooler ! I really regret spending so much money trying to improve the supercharger way
It's very easy to install: hook up the 2x coil wires that go from the ecu to the coils to the omex, connect a 12v power (cig lighter or whatever) and a ground, that is all
Thx man! It's homemade from 304 stainless steel, I got rid of the oem immobiliser system, the remote locking now works on 433mhz (keys at mb are just to expensive)
@@ndrmini Not sure where you live but I cannot find anyone anywhere including MB dealer to make keys for my SLK230. The only flip key blades I can make/anyone can make is for W163. I THINK DONT QUOTE ME.
How to get This sound, its sound like Subaru, i decat my m111 two CATs off, And install tube, And to 2300 sound like oem, And from 2300 sound more than i want And dont agressive like you
I think it's called n2mb wot box it works with the 4 coils, just Google it someone showed what wires to hook and and what setting work with the m111 facelift.

The omex only works on cars with 2 ignition coils (pre facelift) omex settings: 2 cilinder, twin coil the rev limit needs to be raised In your ecu to a very high limit so the omex can take over for 6500rpm in my case I have a topic on benzworld in the r170 section (look for 2step / launch control)
