Beautiful home, but, 5th bedroom is just ridiculously small barely even a single for a house this size, and if i'm paying over a £1m for a house i want slightly higher ceilings to make it feel really special and spacious. That said the layout flows nicely, the kitchen/family area is amazing and the master is a proper suite for once with the ensuite dressing and a proper beautiful ensuite bathroom. Great tour as we've come to expect, happy Christmas and New Year to you both, looking forward to more tours next year.

Lovely like the dark grey windows, the attention to detail is great. Loving the on trend Browns, it’s superb isn’t it. Gotta have floor to ceiling cabinets. :-) Do they use Blum soft close? Your hair is lovely too… your so fluent. Binge watching :-)

But the primary bedroom was such a let down. I'd much prefer for the house to be made a spacious 3 bed than for everything to be cut and pinched so tiny like this
At those prices you would expect the garden to be completed. Absolutely stunning but Im not keen on the different coloured light switches all over the house, I like them all the same colour.
The house is stunning, love the study, although for the price I would expect acres of land for a rear garden, but that's what I would want, my own private sanctuary, my own piece & quiet. I really wish these property developers would build homes catered for the many hundreds of bachelors out there, it's obvious that their only target market is for family houses.
Buckinghamshire part of the grammar school catchment, so prices will reflect this , along with easy London commute in 40 minutes yet still in the countryside. As they say location location location
It’s a lovely, big, family house but even without the outdoor kitchen the garden is tiny. For 1.3 million UK pounds I would want my large family house to have a bigger garden.
UK developers please make good use of spaces in newly built over 1m houses especially the principal bedroom to have a good size, separated toilet with door and a small window, shower and bath suite with double sinks plus a good size walk in wardrobe/dressing area. Also a good size kitchen with a pantry besides the separated utilities. This house is nice but did not make good use of the spaces. Come on step it up!
Generally speaking yes I suppose you can described the ceiling as being vaulted due to the sloping walls and the increased height that matches the incline of the roof.
I happened to notice that none of the bathrooms/toilets had any built-in toilet roll holders. Yes, you could use free-standing holders but it is surprising that there were none fixed to the walls or other surfaces. Perhaps you need to pop round to the neighbours if you want to do a no. 2!! 🙄🧻
Hi Tabula, the toilet roll holders can be added by whoever chooses to purchase the home :), it's simple decor, but good spot. Show homes are often not designed to have every detail, there will certainly be other pieces of decor omitted which the homeowner can choose to add once they purchase the home.
