This cake is another recipe for the Black Forest that has been requested a lot.
Actually, I uploaded a Black Forest video a long time ago.
So this time, I made it mousse cake rather than the normal recipe.
I layered chocolate mousse, cherry jelly, and mascarpone mousse, and then topped with chocolate mirror glaze.
Oh, it's really delicious.
For the cherry jelly, I used the delicious Italian organic frozen cherries I had.
Compared to ripe cherries, it is sweet and sour. Ripe cherries were used only for inserts.
