Lol, I'd had enough paperz for several days, but he was never playing WOWs. So this particular morning, I got up, and lo and behold, he's actually playing WOWs! But then he got food and turned off his cam, so I had to wait even longer, because no way was I gonna wait that long and not see his face. XD And then, of course, the Montana button was paused, which kinda ruined the timing, as it was meant to go right after the bits message. 😅 Still, worth it in the end. Now I'm saving for 4M 🤣

my usual BB experience in a nutshell. perfectly bracketed ship with shells falling short and going long at the same time, but not landing on target, if land, they hit torpedo protection, bounce or do overpen. And overpen + bounce at the same time on broadside British superlight cruisers. btw, the smile and smirk and laughter only came out after 35:20

I love playing the Montana because it's really easy to play, extremely tanky and I like the guns bcoz you can BBQ people if they angle/bow in or punish broadsides with AP.

I know Flambass is a much better player than I am, but I've only had good experiences with Montana. I've played the game since 2016 and was a battleship main for about half the time before getting into cruisers and DDs. Montana hits hard. Not a very exciting ship to play, but she hits hard.

Whats the Montana like? A fat Iowa, which is like a bigger NC, which is like a semi fast Colorado, which is a WW1 design. The american BBs feel like they are always bottom tier. Doesn't mean they are bad, just means the game is drowning in powercreep.

I think we can all agree Flambass just doesn't play real ships enough to appreciate Monty... I've sent so many Hindies back to port in the first volley of the game they never even got to fire :D Monty is an acquired play style, Lower caliber BB guns, for better odds at that "F U" money shot. 18km shot + 3 cits? Bring a Monty.
