Nice truck. TMI Products makes a really nice dash pad, and it should be for $812.00 ! That cab corner trim that came off, I've had the same thing. The clips for the trim should have some plastic tensioners if I remember correctly. The gas that gets spilled over time hardens the plastic and they break, losing tension, and trim falls off.
