TGIF! Here are a few thoughts on the products I was trying for the first time - Mel's palette still looked great throughout the night - no fading of the shadows :) My foundation held up just as well as it has been, and my skin looked so good when I went to take my makeup off - definitely looking forward to continuing to try the Touch in Sol Glassy Balm! The Pat McGrath mascara held up so well, but I want to give it a longer wear test and be outside and see if I get any transfer! And my lip products still looked great at the end of the night :) I'll have a follow up video coming next week for a bunch of products I've been testing recently so stay tuned for that! x

I think your final look is really stunning Samantha..wow. First off Mel's palette on your eyes..simply GORGEOUS. I totally get why you did the muted purple tones because they so play up your green eyes. I also really loved the Propa shade before putting on Jen's liquid lip-great option for a fall lippie and it looked great with your look. That being said once you DID put on the Jen's liquid lip I really loved THAT result too because it kind of reminded me of a taupe-y mauve shade which is definitely a trend-bravo! Lastly..I agree..that CoulorPop foundation looks great on you. I might have to look into that line myself.

Hi Samantha, I just ordered Mel’s palette and can’t wait to get it!! I just knew if Mel did a collab it would be stunning and it is. She couldn’t have partnered with a better company than Sydney Grace. Your look today is beautiful and I just love my BK Beauty brushes. The new Sigma brush you used reminded me a lot of the BK Beauty contoured foundation brush. Your shadows almost blended themselves and there didn’t seem to be any fallout. Your complexion looks beautiful and the Colourpop Foundation looked like it settled into the skin well. For some reason it never occurred to me to pair mauves with peach tones! It’s beautiful. I would love it if your Friday videos were always some sort of “sit down with Sam, do makeup and chill videos.”
That glossy balm did give a nice glow to the skin, and that palette is stunning, so pretty! At first I didn't really care about that foundation, but now I really want to try it, I'm hearing really good things about it, Emily Noel has that Balm Will Powder, and it's a beautiful palette and that highlight is stunning in that palette, that's a beautiful blush from cp, the eye twitch is caused by fatigue and sometimes stress, it's annoying, I feel your pain there, on the next girls night tell pat to lower her prices a bit, I would like to try that mascara, but not for over $40, Trixie Mattel said "if you're spending more that $10 on a mascara, you need to reassess your life " 😂😂😂, funny but kinda true, they're so many great mascaras at the drugstore seems crazy to spend that much. Sam made me buy it! I love Mel (and you too)but I wasn't planning on purchasing...and then I watched this video. I paused your video to purchase it as soon as I saw it on your green eyes! That corner didn't wow me in the pan but once you put it on, WOW, I needed it.
I have always wanted to try Sydney grace and this Mel colab I feel is the perfect item to finally get....I just hope they have enough in stock eeee nervous 😬 anxious 😦 excited 😆

Ooooh my goodness I would love that eyeshadow palette-afraid it'll cost a mint to get shipped to Canada though :( Urgh re the eye twitch-they are so annoying (usually caused by too much eye strain). For what it's worth magnesium citrate powder in water once a day works wonders on these kinds of things (if you are able to take it of course). In the meantime be careful who you wink at (giggle I gest and I didn't even notice a twitch) :)
I haven’t tried Sydney Grace yet, but they recently started sending PR to some Black instagrammers I follow that are pretty small accounts and it’s definitely caught my attention!

This palette is stunning! I really want to try Sydney Grace’s formula. The foundation looked so fresh and healthy. I have just ordered it but I’m worried the shade I have ordered is too dark!

I have 6 of those lipsticks in transport and I cannot wait until they show up! Also I absolutely love the Touch in Sol glassy skin balm I'm almost out 😭. You also sold me on the Colourpop Foundation 🙆♀️
