They can't hold them in prison.Until they have been testified, they can only hold him in jail until the sentencing.And then he can go to prison.You can only go to prison after your sentencing.And then only to prison if your sentencing is over a certain amount of months and you have a federal crime

And then they have to decide what day because after you're convicted, it takes a while you don't go straight from that day straight to a prison cell, they have to decide where they're going to put you, and when you can go sometimes it takes months to be taken from jail to prison. I've seen my father and my son be taken. I know how this works. I'm telling you when you are put in jail and waiting to be put in prison even if they revoke your bond you are still in. And jail, even if you're going to prison, you still await your time in jail until after sentencing and then they figure out where they place you and then they figure out when they have placement there and then they will send you to prison. It is not an automatic you go. That's not how life works.Go look up the judicial system and how it works.That's the easiest way I can explain it

To the homeless person on the street. You get fined for something that you boasted. And it's the same crime. You both get the same punishment if I would go to jail for something.
