Daechwita is a marching music of Joseon dynasty. It is played in a procession of kings, officials and troops.

The symbolism here is him playing the old self (old ego self) and new self (reborn higher self). Killing the old ego self of materialism and worldly power and freed his new self (he says my time is worth more than money and spits on time itself, which is created by ego).
