I did the sane thing 3 days ago. I usually use a bucket with hot water and do it. Now I use the vicks humidifier and I pour the vicks stream inside. I took of my clothes and put blankets like we do in africa. This is the best 😊
This is it. In Angola we call it suador. To sweat when you have cold or fever, go under blankets and hot water for a while then you will sweat a lot and fever will go. We can use vicks or some erbs.
