Thank you for this! Headcanon: Sebastian and Anne told Ominis these fairy tales and he enjoyed it so much he memorized them so he can tell it back to them.

If you watch his idle animations in the game, he can be seen reading a book by running his finger along it. Likely a spell for braille or something like it. Blind people CAN read after all.
