This video describes the calculations required to determine the length of one line and the bearing of the other line in a close traverse. In close traverse, we have leverage that we can omit the bearing and length of any line. And with the properties of close traverse (the sum of departure is equal to zero and the sum of latitude is equal to zero), we can determine the length of one line and the bearing of the other line.
