Hi Sanjay , We are facing issue with authentication part . We have embedded the lets chat on portal side and logic through PVA . But bot is showing as sorry you don't have access to talk to the bot It worked on trail org but when we implement same in our dev instance its not working

Not able to add existing user in omnichannel administration even after i updated the security roles. Is there any particular reason?

Hi sanjay, Previously I Integrated portal with chat widget. Now I want to integrate with PVA , so for that can I remove the chat widget snippet from portal and replace with the bot snippet. Is it correct or any other solution.

Hello! I'm tried to configure chat widget in the omnichannel customer service, showing below error message........ An error occurred in the PreLiveChatConfigCreatePlugin plug-in Error code: 0x80040265 Any idea?????????

Hello, I have successfully connected it to my Omni-Channel instance in PVA. I am trying to handoff to agent and getting the following error in the PVA chat: "Sorry, we aren't able to serve you at the moment."
