This video explains the use, purpose and its significance of using Automated Chat Messages within Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel application.
⭐ Automated messages enables you to create channel-specific and locale-specific text.
⭐ Can perform following actions in automated messages interface:
Customize message
Deactivate message
Activate customer and agent-facing messages
Overwrite or deactivate the preconfigured, out-of-the-box automated messages
⭐ Can be configured in channel settings in chat, SMS, Microsoft Teams, or social channels
E.g. Chat Channel settings (behavior)
⭐ Automated messages are triggered based on some events
⭐ You can deactivate certain messages
⭐ There are inbuilt automated messages based on languages and message recipients

Urgent !, sir is there any additional configuration we have to do to get the automated messages working? As even after ending of the chat from agent side there is no such messages coming on the customer chat box , like agent has ended the conversation or something like that? even the custom automated messages are not working in my case. I am using trial environment. Btw thanks for your awesome contents.

Please recheck all your settings again. You might be missing some config values.
