Nice haul great vid, personally don't like death note a while lot but it's a very intelligent manga with twists and the plot and what not but reading it just felt so back and forth like "does he know I know that he knows that I killed him maybe he doesn't know what I know and maybe he's just making me think I he knows what I know they'll never know what I know"

Bro death note is so good. It not as action packed as berserk but it's more like a battle of the wits. It's got a lot of mystery solving and watching two smart people try to out do each other made it really intense. Nice haul!

I was told by customer service that some older books are out of stock and they order them from diamond when you do your order and if diamond is slow that holds your order up. Makes sense they proly have limited space in house you know. Good vid 💎

Really glad you got Death Note! There are ‘oversized’ editions called the Black Editions but they take up unnecessary space. I sold mine in favor of the All in One Edition you have here. Also the All in One Edition has an extra chapter not collected otherwise. Not full of action like Berserk, but the narrative was amazing.

Those all-in-one manga editions usually demand a lot of care not to destroy them while reading. I prefer the smaller tankōbon. As for Death Note, the Black Editions are pretty cool. Interested to see what Gem thinks of the manga.

i just got vineland saga from humblebundle i dont like reading it on the computer . and i ordered savage sword conan omni from the marvel sale on instock. marvel also pumping out the conan epic collections. i think there are 4 of them so far. id like to read that omac and kobra stuff from kirby.

aT SOME POINTING I was thinking about getting Kirby`s just because it has all Sandmans. But it is so big international freight would spoil things for me. Plus, I dont reaaaaally care or know the other characters. Nice video, never heard about the spine thing before. I`ll watch it next.

If you remove sentimental attachment a lot of people have to the old Marvel stuff, the writing on Kirby's DC books compares very well. It's actually better written than a lot of the Marvel stuff.

I would have recommended death note black edition,it's wieldy,it has all color pages,the pages have all black borders and it's bigger.But nice haul,i'd love to get Thanos ohc

I’m looking to get my first Punisher omnibus, which one would u suggest, Marvel Knights Punisher, Punisher Max by Ennis, or the back to the war omnibus. I didn’t mention the Remender omnibus or the Aaron omnibus cause they’re big whales

Back to War is more "comic booky" but in a good sense. The art is more old school, silver age and not as graphic or violent as the Ennis omnibuses. Ennis is where you get more of the modern stories with Barracuda, Ma Gnucci, and the Russian. Its also where the Thomas Jane, Ray Stevenson, and Jon Bernthal punishers get their inspiration from. The only con is that I'm not a huge fan of Steve Dillon's art when he works with Ennis. Either way, you can't go wrong with any of them.

i'd recommend the Ennis MK run. I liked it better than MAX
