Same! I flew RC heli's from age 16-19 and getting back into it as a 33 year old is amazing, I can't believe how much these flybarless heli's have advanced.
Thank you for another great review. I have been watching you for years. I am working on another project but when that’s done I’m going to get both from you.
When my M2,runs out of gas or electric lol ,it falls right out of the sky like the snap of a finger..m1 will kinda let me know before it does .4:00 minutes timers on a 65 percent head speed ,is pretty safe right?
Its perfect for outdoor and indoor, the wind will effect it yes but if you can counter the wind it does just fine. And they are suitable for all styles of flying for sure.
You basically bind the Heli, setup flat throttle curves to your liking and that's all there is to it. Also if you want to use self stable mode you have to assign that to Gain channel
Well to be fair every crash is going to be totally different. But if you manage your throttle hold appropriately then yes the Heli can take some really hard crashes.
@@33forsaken Neither are good indoors. I was just amused at your comment in the video "nothing to worry about" inside your house... I get the enthusiasm - they are great helicopters for experienced pilots. However, for a beginner, it's a terrible idea to fly these inside the house. Get a Nano S2 for that. And yes, you could get "softer blades" or tone down the head speed - but that's like driving a Ferrari at 25 mph... it's not meant to fly that way.
Lol probably not something that's gonna be any time soon buddy. So many projects going on and so little time to get them ll done. I would reach out the RJX they may offer custom blades but I am not sure if they offer that size.
