Hmmm I have the problem with "Couldn't open executable!" Whats that mean for?

For me shows error that says Map not found.

Hey mate when I got into omsi in files theirs on file called omsi.exe

Sorry, what do you mean? the Omsi.exe file is where your Steam installation put it. Usually on the 'C' Drive.

@@Stringbean421 could it just be named omsi in the omsi file because when I opened it in peazip it was named as omsi.exe but even then I already put the 4gb patch in it and no improvement of game peformance.

@@NFFC-su8he Well the 4Gb patch doesn't give much of a performance boost. The patch just allows 4Gb to be used for texture loading.

@@Stringbean421 oh yeah ive seen an improvement in that but it might just have been I turned reduced multithreading off because I realised that was on but I guess if I was to install add on london ill see the difference more

OMSI only uses 2Gb of RAM. This patch will enable the game to use 4Gb. It won't help lag so much but mainly helps with the loading of textures and tiles.

@@Stringbean421 the only lag i get is when loading in tiles so this should help because I turned down all the settings my specs are amd a9 8 gb ram

No idea I'm afraid. May I suggest that you go to the OMSI discussion forum page on Steam where there will be lots of help and advice from people that have more experience than me.

not as easy as you make it appear...l see nothing like you...cany find any steam omsi 2 files or anything...everything not found....not so simple for the not tech savvy
