I have had serious problems with this company dangerous/careless driving, this was only where the problems began. Their claims department head manager of all people said "whatever" when I referred to my 71 year old mothers well being and my aim of going to the press. Please if you have had problems with this company in terms of problems with their buses, or the abuse of power of their management please get in touch with me. I will be putting the overall situation to each British Newspaper editor, from what I am hearing problems with buses is becoming common & a potential danger to the public as was shown on Tuesday of this week & I ensure the overall lack of proffessionalism will be broadcast as widely as possible.
