This fellow has turned into one humble fellow only that this times comes at a m time when he is facing the iron hand of the government and this may not necessarily mean that he does not deserve a second chance.The question is,once pardoned,will he change really for the betterment of his subjects and the country as a whole .I wish he had cooperated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
