The Omusinga wa Rwenzururu, Charles Wesley Mumbere has been allowed to travel to Kasese for the burial of his mother who passed away on Tuesday in Cases. International Crimes Division Court Judge Eva Luswata ruled that as a cultural leader and the deceased's first born child, it is important that Mumbere attends his Mother's burial to carry out the expected cultural rights.
