She remembers everything her lawyer says to her. But nothing about that evening or day with Jorge. Liar. And her lawyer is feeding her what to say..he's leading the defendant with a narrative which should've had more objections from the prosecution. How could Jorge have his left arm out when he was laying on it by her showing us..!?? She's a narcissistic piece of..
@@Gadfly333battered wife syndrome Is also part of self defense . The way it’s used is typically when the husband is incapacitated ( usually ) asleep and their wife kills them , they say it’s self defense . They couldn’t leave or divorce because if they tried they would be killed or harmed . They usually say they are in some form of continuous imminent danger . Where she messed up is she literally left him there to die. Most women when they claim this .., they are literally attempted to physically leave . And they know it’s only safe if their husband is dead .
It has worked for women before. Even when the element of pre meditation was more than established and the man was CLEARLY not a clear and present threat.
Right?! If it was difficult for her then it would have been even more so for Jorge while crammed in the damn suit case if she had not made it impossible for him to do!
She's an idiot for not taking the 15yr plea 🙄🙄 I have absolutely no sympathy for her as she's shown none towards the victim in this case. She's just evil
She was offered a plea deal of 15 years in prison if she plead guilty to a charge of manslaughter, but she rejected it. She may live to regret that decision, as she is now facing a minimum of 22.5 years if convicted.
I believe she'll be convicted because I believe she did it. But she has as much right to a trial as any other citizen of the US. We don't throw people in prison just because we "believe" they're guilty. Asking for and being able to have a trial is not hilarious.
@@TheLadyDeewith all her shenanigans I don't think the judge is going to kind on her😅minimum is only on the table but I don't think the judge will consider that
She was perfectly in her right mind when she did all of this or she wouldn't remember the details she does. Can't believe this woman didn't take a plea deal. Disgusting.
If i killed the man i loved in that very suitcase, i would not been able to be near it, without breaking completely, look how she appears. To me, the optics show such a coldness, calice, not a tear. Shes calm. Yuk.
Her whole testimony was of someone who was not a victim. So, Jorge managed to clock her one time in self defense and gave her a decent shiner. No one verified it was actually a black eye so could just be makeup. I felt no sympathy for her because she didn't elicit any. She was the aggressor in the relationship and I think Jorge was mentally disabled in some way.
I’ve wondered the same but we don’t know what happened that put him in there… maybe she was pretending it was some kind of a kink… maybe she was telling him they would prank someone, maybe she had a knife and ordered him in… I’m not saying we would all fall for this or listen to her I’m just trying to think of what could happened too!
Do not blame victim! She probably knocked him out with that bat and put him in there upstairs and obviously kicked suitcase down the stairs as neighbor heard it loudly at the timeline of that night he died! She told police she put him in there too on video!
She PUT HIM IN THE SUITCASE….why couldn’t he get in there on his own? Since they were playing hide and seek…. also why would she zip it up if it was hide & seek..she found him since she claims she zipped it up(sounds PLANNED out.) he wouldn’t be able to zip it up himself. I’m starting to think the bat hitting happened BEFORE ..him being PUT IN the suitcase It still goes back to , the hide and seek story(which I don’t believe) why would “SHE” PUT him in a place to hide since he’s suppose to be hidden from her… to go seek where he is… yet she says SHE put him in there…The story doesn’t make since of the game they were playing then. Which leads me to believe there was no game. She planned it all , by saying she put him in there, makes me think she hit him unconscious, put him in the suitcase while knocked out…then pushed him down the stairs. (Says her) Hitting him on the hand kept him inside, funny how she remembers a lot
He did get in on his own, he was trying to hide before she got back downstairs. and she noticed the suitcase was moving, this is how she found him during the game. Then she zipped it up. Then she had him right where she wanted him and she berated him and had the upper hand to get back at him for what he made her feel when he used force on her.
How do play hide-n-seek if you zip someone hiding inside a suitcase and "try" to then find them?? Oh I wonder were he's hiding!?!? This woman need to hide in prison for the rest of her life.
Imagine that you zipped your boyfriend into a suitcase, videoed him screaming at you to let him out and then you walked away and did nothing and he suffocated. What level of narcissism and sociopathy would have you in a courtroom, pretending that you did nothing wrong? What level of that would allow you to be cross-examined like this with the suitcase? Thankfully she never walks free again and another freak is removed from the streets.
Sickening how she took advantage of a mentally disabled man who was good to her. Jorge was obviously mentally challenged for being tricked by her into getting in the suitcase. His pleas were eerily and never hostile. She is 100% guilty and should face the same punishment: DP.
A Trump supporter calling for someone to face their charges… one may also assume you’re mentally challenged as well because who else would support a traitorous criminal who should face his charges.
Letting her testify was possibly the worst move the defense could make. You can see how she struggles to pull the zipper. It would be nearly impossible from the inside, IMO.
Her doing the crime was bad enough, her ongoing insistence that she’s somehow innocent just makes it even more disturbing. Monsters are scary enough but a monster convinced they’re the victim is terrifying because they’re not only capable of doing horrific things they’ll also justify it all in their mind 😅
That judge should had told that defense attorney to sit his butt down. The nerve of him to put on gloves and stepping in. That prosecutor should of spoke up!
Im elated she rejected the 15 year plea deal. Very typical of a guilty Narcissist to feel “Absolutely no plea deal…I’m innocent”…because as a narcissist, she genuinely thinks she’s not guilty of anything…except for falling asleep. There will NEVER be any accountability. It’s great tho…now she’ll spend much longer locked away…and we can all be happy that justice was served.
Oh she’s a narcissist alright. She knows she’s guilty though. It’s just that she thinks she’s smarter than everyone else and can get them to believe her. Actually, she’s that stupid.
This should be an open and shut case but unfortunately the laws seem to favor the murderer than the victim. I don’t care how drunk I was, I still know the difference between right and wrong and would never endanger the life of anyone
@elizafaulhammer2203 I guess, but it would be really nice to see someone show some emotion for George. No more pussyfooting around.. I want to hear the prosecution asking straight head on questions 🤣
If they we’re playing “Hide & Seek” why is she zipping him up? Here she’s asks “How I zipped it up?” Hopefully Jury picked up on it. Case Closed. She implicated herself. Guilty
She assumed he could free himself, because she supposedly kept hitting his fingers to deter him from escaping, until she went to bed. She, according to her, was waiting for him to come up to bed, thinking he could get out, now that she wasn't bashing his fingers. I am just explaining how I think she wants the jury to perceive her defense.
Everyone is so differential to James Owens and Sarah Boone that I am not watching another minute. If she goes free, it’s the prosecutors fault. They’re not even calling Bryan back as a rebuttal witness? What the hell?
Stinking drinking thinking ! She thought putting him in a suitcase and not making one call to law enforcement to protect her frightened but because she was so frightened? Come on now ! Objection to him holding the suitcase for her !!!
He ment for her to go in there and try to bust out. Even she was too afraid to actually demonstrate her evil crime. She's no legend, and she will never know how it is to have a good heart.
I almost fell over when Owens objected to this because the paper clip wasn’t on the suitcase the other day! This guy is always a day late and a dollar short!! The trial would have been finished by now if he didn’t object to every little bit of nothing!
She had difficulty zipping up the empty suitcase in court. It would be impossible to zipup the suitcase with Jorge inside, unless he was dopped or incapacitated. This case is one of the most bizarre I have seen in a long time
What boils my blood is how it’s like everybody is just PRETENDING she didn’t at first claim they were “Playing” hide and seek (imagine even THINKING that stupid excuse was any good!?), and afterwards when they saw the video she was too DRUNK to remember recording the detectives esploded her alibi! The Court is just acting like she never said it, but that would have been one of the first things I’d have informed the Jury about, because that video shows the world what she really is on the inside!
After she put them in there, talk to him she beat him with the bat with his hand to get his hand back in there. Then she zipped him up and went to bed and said call 911 because he had called 911. She got a salt charge because of the bat, maybe because you had him in a suitcase he would wake up in the morning get charged with murder
Your comment isn’t that clear for me to follow but I think I understand what you are saying. If you have seen the evidence that was available before the court case began, the next door neighbour heard the sound of the suitcase banging down the stairs with him zipped inside and he had a few injuries consistent with that.
That's prosecutor William Jay. He is handling my nephews murder case. He told me about Sarah Boone, she's manipulative and a narcissistic. I fully believe he will win this case. She will be found guilty.
This trial is such a waste of taxpayers' money. How dare her even claim self-defense. There are mothers and sisters in the jury. I hope they imagine something as cruel as this happens to one of their own. She's gonna be found guilty 🤞
Another thought is that if there is one single juror that has experienced domestic violence that single juror could be the one to let her walk free. The evidence is clear that she murdered Jorge and I pray that the jury gets it right.
If the suitcase dont zip…you must equit! This is a such a bad joke and insulting to his family. She let him die in that suitcase and anything less than life is prison would be a travesty
How on Earth she manipulated him to get in there I have no idea but the fact that she did to me shows premeditation of murder I'm surprised she didn't get the murder charge, that she really should have imo 👿👿
Stinking drinking thinking ! She thought putting him in a suitcase and not making one call to law enforcement to protect her frightened but because she was so frightened? Come on now !
