In a nutshell, there's nothing to worry about it. Everything is fine, just the filtration method used to extract whey is a chemical one. But that too doesn't affect anything directly.
He is a paid reviewer .....he promotes the brand that pays him.....and he bashes the brand which doesn't pay him.......simple business model (pay for the ad else get a bad review)......I've used many brands from trusted sources which doesn't match with his reviews

I’m a nutritionist and here are 2 things why i wouldn’t recommend to buy: 1. Ion based filtration uses chemicals which can be hazardous to health especially kidneys and liver in long run. 2. It uses INS 950 which is an artificial sweetener called Acesulfame potassium which has been linked to cancer and other health related issues. Recently doctors are suspecting this chemical to be the real culprit of heart attacks seen in youngsters with active lifestyle. P.S I am not promoting any brand.
The only problem with ON is that they do not reveal their filtration systems, jo duniya ko raw material supply karte hai woh khud filtration nahi bata rahe.. Hahaa😂
Bro ON ki manufacturing process to explain kar di but apni lab testing ki process bhi bata dete to achha hota. I mean which methods are used for lab testing, is it Kjeldahl method, high-performance liquid chromatography, Dumas methods and amino acid analysis. There are several methods to calculate these numbers and everyone has its pros and cons

As per me the biggest positive of this protein (not mentioned in the positives of the video) is that it gives all 3 types of proteins - Concentrate, Isolate and Hydrolyzed in a single scoop at a relatively affordable price. I haven't seen this combination in other proteins. The combination means that the 3 types of protein would be digested by the body at a different rate and would better help in the recovery. If you purchase hydrolyzed protein separately it is super costly. Besides, another big positive is that it is globally tried and tested extensively and has worldwide proven results. No test is bigger than this, lab-tests are nothing compared to practical proven results.
@@YourDoctorAI No they don't. Rate of digestion is different for three. Fastest is hydrolysed, then isolate and then concentrate. And that is the reason they are blended.
@@vipulgupta just as expected!! all these tactics are just gimmics to attract people like you why do you need a blend?? theres not much difference in the rate of digestion ,, using a blend wont give you any edge!! a food item getting digested within 2-3 hrs is still in the category of fast digesting,.. whey protein itself is a fast digesting protein unlike most other sources of protein on using a chemical filtration method and yet charging a handsome amount and yet gaiing profits is all beacuse of people like you
Hi Arpit, Isn't it weird that generally Isolates protein are mostly likely to use Ion-Exchange and with concentrate it's natural (any rest of the 3 filtration method) unlike ON; is doing the opposite. Isolate with Natural and Concentrate with ION Exchange... Weird😕

No one is talking about high cholesterol in this product. Which causes high cholesterol level. My age is 30yrs and in 1 month use my cholesterol increased to 291 (good level is 150-200). Think once before taking it

My personal experience with this brand was immediate bloating after taking it, I tried different quantities, with both milk and and water, still the same problem. I’m not lactose intolerant, but then again for you it could be different. I am going to try Amul soon I will let you know if that goes well
Bro after watching your review i stopped using ON whey protein, tried Naturalite whey. Didnt like the taste, then tried Avatar. Not giving that pump and taste which i got in ON whey protein ( double rich choclate) . Lag raha hai ON addict ho gaya. Please kuch good news do about ON whey protein.
I tried trunativ whey watching arpit's review and its seriously good...its much like nakpro or mb's fit one but more fine, easily mixable and gives good results at a cheap cost definitely reccomend to try if you planning to buy soon. Also brought nakpro creatine monohydrate....its the same as on creatine, fastnup and somehow felt "purer" that asitis creatine. Muscle nectar's fish oil is the best in terms of price, safety and quantity among all.....im gonna just stick to these 3 products from now on Im seriously happy i was able to make such informed decisions in this market when previously it was like taking a walk in the dark ps. request you to check greendose tongatali or fadogia agrestis powder as well in a future video a lot of people are buying it after andrew huberman's podcast

Ion Exchange say bunta hai protein that's a big no to buy it. Long term usage will give you problem. Even avoid for the short terms. Still baffles me that this product is the no.1 across the world.

I have one question, how does Fuel One give 27g of protein at ~2K but other brands charge 3-4K and give 25g at most. There is about 50-80 cal difference at most. Is it purely from business margins?
