On June 13th We Lost a Legend in the Crab Fishing Industry and That Was Nick Mavar Jr 

On June 13th the Deadliest Catch Community lost a Legend and that was Nick Mavar Jr. I was very surprised and sad when I found out he had passed away. Nick has been a big part of my life through Deadliest Catch for the past 16 to 17 plus years he was a part of the show. I watched you from the beginning of Deadliest Catch starting in April of 2005 up to 2020 when you retired from the Crab Fishing Industry. Thank you for being a part of my life and for being a part of Deadliest Catch for so long. We are all going to miss you. Gone But Not Forgotten. RIP Nick Mavar Jr.
