@@Matthew-oq1hx You clearly don’t know what closure means. 🤦🏾♀️ Closure as in he finally gets to speak his peace and end his sorrows, he finally stops dwelling on what happened. Closure means [a feeling that an emotional or traumatic experience has been resolved]. Him talking to Latrelle is him finally getting passed what happened. He’s now ready to open a new chapter in his life.
@@Matthew-oq1hx for example this sentence is a perfect way to put it, "I am desperately trying to reach closure but I don't know how to do it without answers from him" ruby getting the answers from Latrelle is finally him getting his closure. Sorry I know I wrote a lot, I’m not mad I just wanted to put it in the best way so you could understand :)
@@erospjl he honestly didn’t he was a victim of where he grew up that life chooses you you don’t choose it just like Cesar only difference was unlike Cesar he didn’t have a brother and friends who wanted better for him and were willing to do anything to get him out Oscar saved Cesar when he took 2 beatings to get them both out of the gang nobody saved Latrell
This exact scene is why I tell my mom and other family members to get to know ppl instead of going of first impressions we all tought Latrell was a bad guy he’s is but I mean a heartless one but in reality he’s just a hurt boy tryna find a way to make peace ppl judge the own family to and it’s sad u talk to the hate ppl and they know there hated and to them it’s like there on there own
Cesar and Luttrell are not that different they could’ve went down the same path it’s just that luttrell didn’t have friends and family like Monse, Jamal, Ruby, and Oscar

I forgot all about him. So when Ruby said "You don't have power over me" my first thought was when did Ruby get r@ped? I really feel like they wanted to go somewhere else with this scene & decided against it last minute.
