When I was in China town I went to one of the restaurant and when a bit into a dumpling I found a piece of plastic around 3cm long.

Waste dumping is indicative of a much bigger problem ....would you really want to eat at a chinese restaurant that has hygiene standards like that ? ..either shut down for a month each restaurant caught offending each time or place a lot of hidden cameras or increase number of bins & waste collections to 4 times a day and place a larger "extra " MANDATORY additional waste charge on ALL restaurants in china town that will pay for it

Stinks of grease and oil in chinatown

all they need to do is arrange business waste collections with the restaurants. That puke has nothing to do with Chinatown food. it's most likely to be from booze. They must be able to create a standard letter in Chinese and hand it to the restaurants. an obvious thing would be to give them general waste and recycle bags. Don't charge them. instead...the council will gain from the material to recycle. we know there is a hell of a lot of it. lots of glass bottles...plastic bottles....tin cans...cardboard boxes. The other thing they need to tackle is the OIL dumped down the sink. there is a giant fat burger beneath piccadilly circus and all the way round cninatown and leicester Square. it stinks like sewage. the council need to privide free oil disposal/collection. i've seen the water company truck trying to spray cut chunks of fat/wetwipe from the sewage. the chunk of fat might be the size of a bus inside the sewers. The council say the waste is full right after collection. what day is it...is it after a bank holiday or special occasion...after a weekend??
