@@soulboy71 Yes. Even the Irish bill of rights. But they removed references to the pope and Catholics for obvious reasons. The Fabians rewrote the Irish constitution. That is why its so bad there now.

Fabulous conversation..so informative! So everything thats wrong now, every stress our families are going through, every insane move our parliament & 'leaders' force upon us-is contrary to our constitution! So we have the answer.. People must find out/learn it-as to use it will stop all this madness we are forced to live through. If such person or persons for whose life or lives such Estates have beene or shall be granted as aforesaid shall remaine beyond the Seas or elsewhere absent themselves in this Realme by the space of seaven yeares together and noe sufficient and evident proofe be made of the lives of such person or persons respectively in any Action commenced for recovery of such Tenements by the Lessors or Reversioners in every such case the person or persons upon whose life or lives such Estate depended shall be accounted as naturally dead, And in every Action brought for the recovery of the said Tenements by the Lessors or Reversioners their Heires or Assignes, the Judges before whom such Action shall be brought shall direct the Jury to give their Verdict as if the person soe remaining beyond the Seas or otherwise absenting himselfe were dead.

Thank you Wills this was great, I could have listened all night . This is the second podcast I have listened to today about The Constitution . At school in the 1950s we were taught about the Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights , this should be taught todaty in all our schools , It is easy to see why we are in the mess we are in.

I cant recall the legislation but i know as 20yrs ago i threatened 2 hants police officers with private prosecution as well as the force, the force apoligised & put them on early retirement(yes they get pension) but felt rather have them off the force than bother to follow up with court & its costs! As i know if cops act outside the law they are no longer a cop & have no legal protection for example you can physically protect yourself but never do so without secure independent video evidence as cops will delete & destroy & take your video evidence away as well as theirs

Graham talks about the English however, Wales is a Principality of England and protected by the English Constitution and English Common Law. Northern Ireland is also protected by the Common Law and Constitution as well. Scotland has its own Constitution and Legal system (a Roman Law system). Scotland also had the Claim of Rights which gives them the Rights of the English Bill of Rights.

@@raymondwoods2304 Thanks for great reply , start of.my "being informed" journey, fascinating and enlightening would you believe I have never been aware of this ,but often wondered if America has a constitution and is a younger nation which let's face it adopted English law , where is the original English law /constitution. So trying to get as much information to educate myself and friends and family , just shows in a few generations how this has been not taught in schools etc. Thanks again

They took the constitution out of curriculum in 50/60 also they took the lawful exam out of the bar it was taught in schools till then america took English constitution and adapted it for themselves

England has a Constitution, yes it is Organic based on Traditions and Customs; these are written as Alfred the Greats, Fruits of your Labour, the foundation of our Constitution, as is William the Conqueor and the freeing of all Englishmen unless he be a Villain, to the Maggna Carta, the Bill of Rights 1688/9 the Coranation Oath, and the Acts of Settlement etc etc all of which are inperpatuity, forever and can not be changed without a Referendom.

You would need to ask Graham Moore but feel sure he said in a recent show that a referendum could not be used for such as signing a treaty to join the Common Market/EU. Least words to this effect.
