Adrian just wanted to say thanks for all of the content you provide here on RU-vid. As a recently new owner of an A+ 1275 Mini, your channel has been a real treasure trove of valuable information. I wanted to change my coil soon after getting the car, so contacted MiniSport to ask which one would be suitable for my car. They recommended a 3 Ohm 'Sports Coil' which I duly fitted, but since watching your videos religiously I've come to realise that I would be better off with a 0.8 Ohm Viper due to having a 65DM4 dizzy (and gapping my new BP6ES plugs to 35-thou!) The more I watch, the more I learn, and the more my Mini improves. Thank you! I'd love to book you one day in the future to work out some more tweaks to truly make my engine sing, so I'll keep an eye out for Midlands appointment availability...
As the owner of the mini 850 in this video, I just want to say a big thank you to Adrian for an amazing job. She runs so much better now and I learnt alot along the way. I can’t recommend Adrian’s services enough, both for the tuning but also the ACDodd carburettor which was worth every penny.
Thanks for the feedback Linda, and well done to you getting the car ready for me to work on by fitting a new fuel pump and the new carb ahead of me arriving!
Thank you for another great video. As an Innocenti 1001 mini owner I particularly enjoyed Innocenti 1300, a brilliant example of italian tweaked british engineering!
As for the owner with the Wideband installed - how often should you change the lambda sensor in a mini? I have mine in since approx 2 years now, and not 100% if its reading correctly
Brilliant to turn the airbox cover upside down to increase airflow. Is the hole at the back of the cover really necessary when there is the gap along the entire perimeter. If so, would it help to have second hole in the front?
