After 4 wonderful days at the Smoky Mountains/Gatlinburg East KOA we are on the road again--heading back to Texas with a few stops on the way. Our first stop is in Alabama, boondocking at another Cracker Barrel where guys partying behind our rig at midnight freaked me out. I didn't get a lot of sleep that night. Travel day 2 is on to Baton Rouge KOA where we will spend 5 days there... Mike will be working 4 of those days but Monday he has off after having to work during his vacation last week. Or so we thought. Unfortunately, as we are opening our slides, the kitchen slide will only extend about a few inches and stops. Oh no... we troubleshoot & realize this is way above our skillset. Time to call a professional! The saga continues... it's always something. Come with us as we learn something new every day.
