On the Road again to Amarillo 

I find a new travel partner with Dakota, we pick up the RV from storage and we set off on a road trip across the south west and west Texas with our first stop being in Amarillo. Of course while there we must eat at the Big Texan steak house to possibly test our luck and skill to eat the 72 ounce steak!
