At this point, whenever T90 sees a neutral island, he goes to stop chat from making those jokes almost as fast as he built 3 archery ranges on a neutral island.
My first game on Archipelago I didn't knew the isles could be connected so very early I see the opponent scout around my base and I panic immediately thinking he had transported so I go around desperately trying to find a forward villager making a barracks or something. Eventually I found his base and that turned out to be one of the most stressful games I've ever had. Banned the map afterwards 11
This map generation statistically reduces T90's chances of putting 3 ranges on a neutral island from 100% to 50%. One of the neutral islands does not have enough space for 3.
This reminds me of playing Portuguese on Archipelago against Aztecs. That dude fucking slaughtered me. Eagle warriors vs ships lol Also, whuile that actually happened, it reminds me of the time T90 build production buildings on neutral islands.
One of the funniest games I ever had was on Archipelago few weeks ago. I too didn't know the island could have been connected and went building barracks on neutral island. Then I transported my vills on the mainland to build stables (still thinking the islands were separated) and only after, I realized. Won thanks to Khmer ballistas.
Wouldn't it be funny if we could take the replay of games like this, have the map editor generate the exact same situation as when the players resigned, and then have a decent or pro player continue / start where this game ended. I think in many situations the "low elo loser" could be in a winning position for a decent player.
I honestly have so much respect for people at 400 elo who still play ranked. You start at 1000, so you have to lose A LOT to get to 400 elo. I myself dropped to about 800 and then thought "okay, this game isn't for me" and pretty much stopped playing. So yeah, respect.
I think red totally had the game. He finally reached castle and had more eco for ages. Both players stopped eco production a long time ago as well. If he went for techs and defense, he could have overwhelmed blue for sure.
Blue's name is Yebuchka(slang name for face or f**k face). It is weird habit of russians to write numbers instead of letters. Upd: Second word in blue's name means 'good'
Hello red here! I unfortunately had a very nasty diarrhea during the game, and my bowel was pressing me worse than the castle of my opponent. Which is why I felt the urge to resign and rush to the toilet :(
I had same situation, one big island, random civs. I was koreans and opponent goths. I just tower rushed his gold/stone and walled it with stone instead palisade and I literally dragged the game like i did with ai back in 2003 lol. Least to say, he was salty af. 😅
Your LEL-Conent is allways tempting me to go online myself finally, but then I think about me being dumb due to stress and being called out for these dumb things. xD For now I keep on enjoying watching LEL instead of being part of it. haha

Ngl, red could have built three military buildings on one of the neutral islands to stop the galleys in blues port. That could have indeed, made a significant difference!
Ohh man love LEL. Sometimes it's hard to watch but fun nonetheless. Red would easily move 200 ELO if he just starts using Patrol instead of right click a unit.
Unfair map gen is so usuall that my favorite map is nomad and megarandom :D At least, u get both screwed... also that build thru walls bug sometimes work on ungarrisoning the tower.
The laziest person I know of is my mom. So fucking lazy she charged me $1000 when I was 18 for rent just so that she could hire a maid yet forced me to do all her fucking chores.
OH! I have a new idea for a new T90 trolls! Fight a low elo and you can only produce army from buildings on the neutral islands, preferably archers, ofcourse.
I listen to T90 so much in bed that my girlfriend and I beat the brakes off each other while listening to Tristan yell, "SUPPLIES!", and honestly, it is pretty nice. Thanks, T90. Busted hard with this video in the background.
It kills me how a tower rush with just two towers would get red totally out of any stone or gold and its gg, a bit unfair map generation for thankfully the players didn't have the experience to notice.
