It has been two years since De Staat have played a proper show. Of course they played some livestream and Fieldlabs, but a real show? That never occurred. Until last week, when the band finally could to put some gas in the touring van for two nights of London and Paris. But how is touring after covid and Brexit? Does the breaking of the two year dry spell give the energy that has been missed so much? And how do the new songs work in front of a real audience?
