For the last couple of years I've been working on ships as a Fitness Instructor and Fitness Director, visited 53 countries, met tons of interesting people and friends for life, making good $, sounds like a dream, but this dream sometimes can be a total hell...

Awesome video , do you get Time to workout yourself and Dieting or is that just not happening.. I mean 11-12 hours a day is quite something here in south-africa we are required to work 8-9 hours a day leaving you with time to take care of you own personal needs like physical health.

Do you wish the gyms on the ship had a squat rack? (smith machines don't count) A place to deadlift? I miss those the most Personally I wouldn't mind if the gym was in the lower decks if it meant heavier weights and not just machines
